Lulu Siciliano and Perma Blend have developed this exclusive PMU lip color modification set to provide artists the ability to achieve incredible results for darker-toned lips. This ""two-step process"" will provide beautiful, natural-looking lips for clients who wish to warm-up and brighten their lip tone.

Set includes 3 0.5 oz bottles:

Neutralizer: A bright orange with a warm undertone. Specifically formulated for modifying light to medium-dark lips with pink or blue undertones. Can be used alone or mixed with another warm color.

Lulu's top mixes: Bare + Malina + Neutralizer or Bare + Neutralizer + a drop of Colorizer

Illume: A golden yellow, opaque color with a warm undertone. Specifically formulated to neutralize deep purplish hues. This color can be used straight or mixed 1:1 with your target color. Mix with Neutralizer for blue-purple dark lips.

Lulu's tip: Can be used as a first layer prior to a target or mixed with another color.

Colorizer: A bright red with a cool undertone. Can be mixed with your favorite colors to achieve pinkish healed results or use as a step 2 after using Neutralizer or Illume.

Lulu's favorite mix: Bare + Malina + Colorizer

How to use:

Step 1: First session use Neutralizer or Illume with any lip blushing technique. In some cases, you may need to repeat this procedure after full healing if the client still has some purple, dark and cool tones on their lips. After complete healing, lips will turn a beige-peach tone.

Step 2: You can use the Colorizer after 60 days and between sessions. After complete healing, lips will turn a natural pinkish tone.

Best practice: During consultation, we recommend screening your client for a history of hyperpigmentation as this is a high-risk group and lip procedures should be avoided.
