Everyday, we get so many of our artists asking questions, sharing their stories, and asking for support on their microblading journey. And of course, we want to answer all of these inquiries with as much attention as humanly possible. Lucky for us, we found the perfect human!

Coming from a retail and merchandising degree, with a minor in business, Sarah knew that she wanted to work with people since she was 17. Before meeting Tina Davies, she worked in product development and sourcing, but was really looking for a bit of a career change.
Tina and Sarah completely hit it off in their first interview. Like a lot of people at the time, Sarah was only familiar with her grandmother’s type of permanent makeup (you remember the eyebrows that faded blue with time, don’t you?). Through becoming Tina’s assistant, Sarah got an entirely different perspective on the PMU industry. She spent her time soaking up every little bit of knowledge Tina had to offer, from the actual procedure of microblading, to the kind of products that Tina used in all of her services.
But Sarah wanted to learn more. She decided to get certified herself in microblading, taking her connection with clients to the next level. This is one of the things that makes her so special to everyone: she has been in the artist’s shoes, and knows exactly what it means to work on the skin in that intimate way that only a microblading artist can. Tina also insisted that Sarah got her own brows microbladed so that she would get an even better idea of what the client goes through during the procedure. Sarah happily obliged and loved the results!
Almost a year ago, Sarah made the move to being our Artist Success Manager. She offers all day support for our Tina Davies Pro artists, helping them grow their businesses, troubleshoot issues, direct product usage, and help with any other client needs or concerns. She does everything from help with shipping concerns to recommending the correct needles for the job. You’ve got the question, Sarah’s got the answer!
A lot of Sarah’s interactions with our clients end with a hug (it’s definitely more of an emotional hug over the phone, of course). Her warmth and kindness is felt by every single person who comes into Tina’s office, and we couldn’t have asked for a better Artist Success Manager.
